Blogger banned from mentioning ' McDonald's ' in the online journal

A former employee of one of New Zealand ' McDonald's ' banned from writing about the restaurant in a private network internet blog after he made several records in it, not to the liking former employer, the agency NZPA.

Blogger Michael Davis left a job at a fast food restaurant in town Kaitayya some time ago to open his own business. Web diary contains details of Davis' work conditions and ex- colleagues. The blogger also wrote that he quit his job because he no longer felt comfortable there.

Guide ' McDonald's ' in Kaitaye responded quickly to the blog entries Davis, referring to the Organization for regulation of labor relations (ERA) for a unilateral ban.

According to the decree of 14 January, now Michael Davis should refrain from any references to the ' McDonald's ' and his staff in his records, both electronic and paper.

Organization for the regulation of labor relations (ERA) - part of the Department of Labour New Zealand, the body regulating relations between employers and employees, and an intermediary in the event of conflict.

The requirements are more of a recommendation, but if the blogger is still upset its ruling, the leadership of ' McDonalds ' will be entitled to appeal directly to the Special Court for regulation of labor relations.

This is not the first time in New Zealand when recording personal online diaries affect the relationship of workers and employers. Last month, an employee of one of the stores Warehouse was fired because of his record on social networking site Bebo. Record contained derogatory remarks about her place of work and leadership.
